This patient came to us with poor quality restorations characterized by artificial contours and unnatural color. Her teeth detracted from her face and lovely personality. Additionally, the unacceptable gingival contours put her long-term dental health at risk.

Our Solution

​

We started with comprehensive dental and facial photography, followed by diagnostic casts to determine optimal procedures for achieving the desired contours and aesthetics. Due to existing crown preparations, we recommended e.max restorations—stratified in the anterior, monolithic in the posterior. The restorations were refined and tested with staged provisionals, ensuring an ideal, predictable result.

The Results
